Missing item

I am Tulethu Jack in Somerset (EC), I bought 2 talkies, size 3&4. I only received a size 4 & on the waybill there was 2/2 meaning 1/2 is missing. These takkies are for my friends & they are needed next week Thursday the lastest.

I would like this matter to be sorted immediately. I tried to call The Courier Guy so that he can come back but they kept on transferring me to different sections. +27 (81) ***
