Hi purchased a pair of Bathu shoes for my son in December 2023 at the gateway store. 2 days later I returned them as my son didn’t like them, it’s 2 months later and I have not received my refund. I have my refund documents but when I email them they insist I need a slip. I don’t have the slip because I gave the slip in on return of the shoes. Their service is disgusting. No1 gets back to me..
