Improve your online service.

I orded my sneaker online and I received an incorrect size instead upon delivery. I tried calling and also e-mailed them to no avail. On their website the size dropdown menu is misleading. The size reads ZA9=EUR42 on the dropdown menu when adding it to cart but on delivery the sneaker is size ZA8=EUR42. They need to fix that problem or they will forever deliver incorrect sizes to their valued clients and also they need to respond to our queries as well.
