I wanted the Ruby Red Somizi edition and it was out of stock on all Bathu stores, I even called the stores directly and when they checked n the system it was out of stock and a colleague of mine advised me to send them an email and enquire. I sent the email and wa sassisted by Mbali Masango and she ha sbeen great throughout the process she made it all possible for me to place the order online yesterday and I received my new Bathu sneakers today....Thanks to Mbali and her excellent service, may she keep up her outstanding and beautiful work.
