I need my refund

Gooday I had very bad and disappointing experience with Bathu. I have ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on the 20th of August . To my surprised I have received the tracking number then after two days it has been cancelled without any communication with me. Then I called on the 24th to inquire about the tracking then the consultant to me that it will be collected on the 25th I should wait for a new tracking number. then I waited until the 27th when I spoked to another consultant who told me that the sneakers are out of stock and said He is surprised why the other consultant didn't inform me about this situation. I requested a refund from them then they requested proof of payment which I have emailed it to them, since then I didn't get any respond from them after sending all the required documents. I don't even know what to do now
