I haven't received my refund at bathu😡its been a month now

I am very disappointed by bathu head office I did my refund on 03 November 2022 instore and I haven't received anything until now they always come up with the excuses it looks like they dont care about their customers now I am instore bathu vaalmall it looks like they are playing games hide and seek with me they dont reply my emails its like I am in tuck shop very disappointed all I want it's my money they must not implement something that they cant handle it's been a month now running up and down😡😡😡
