Horrible online shopping ****

The most frustrating online shopping ever. I paid for an order thinking i will receive it within 3 to 5 working days as promised, 5 days later no tracking number nothing. Dm's, whatsapps, calls no response. Finally a response i thought on twitter, they said will receive an email 1st thing in the morning. Its midday nothing. I call no answer, i dm again no response. I tag the owner he doesn't care. Long as our money is in his bank account and he ia living his best life we we all can go to hell. I dont care about the sneakers anymore i just want my money back. Could bought elsewhere and now money out still no sneakers
