Horrible Bathu SA service

I'm very disappointed with Bathu SA service one of the horrible experience I have ever came across online, I ordered on the 17th, they kept promising day by day that my delivery is gonna be delivered in the next business day up until I received it today on the 30th of November. Only to find out that they sent me the wrong colour which is red , I ordered grey.
