HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!

I had purchased a sneaker around Oct/Nov of 2023 the X Somizi black and gold and to my shock the sneaker is literally peeling off on the sides and i have worn it a few times which is just surprising as i have never washed it since purchased.

I reached out to Bathu and regrettably they did not entertain my problem issue or rather my unhappiness.

This is one of the typical reasons why most black people don't support local brands. I can tell you for a fact that most retail shops give their customers six to twelve months return policy or get an exchange and I know this for a fact as I had an issue a while back with a popular brand and they didn't hesitate to exchange the item and I guess this is money gone down the drain for me and lesson learned.

Never again!

I must say as your customer I regret buying the sneaker and I must emphasize the disappointment and I will not even advise anyone to buy this sneaker in particular.

Clearly Bathu doesn't care and it's all good.
