Hi There I’m here to log a complaint Regarding a bad service I’ve received from Bathu, Earlier in December I bought a pair of sneakers apparently they delivered a wrong size, I wrote them an email several times they told me if the parcel is delivered unfortunately they will not pick it up the cops must be on me of which I understand they’ve sent me a quote that I need to pay so that they will send a courier company to come and pick it up, but still nothing, if I’m not mistaken Last week or a week before Last I wrote them an Email but no one bother to reply back to me and yet they are still deducting money for the item I didn’t even wore it one That’s not a way to run a Business at all
