False information to customers & bad customer service 😒

Is shocking that bathu shop @vaal Mall doesn't have refund but their slip written return or exchange.this is poor customer service and false information to customers 😠this needs to be sorted out or address ASP.if store does not have refund then slip should be specified for customers to understand. I feel undermined
