I still can believe what great service if received from Bongi at the head office exchange department. I hope spelled her name correctly. Exceptional service, did not hesitate to assist me even though I was over 300 kilos from JHB. In a space of 7 days I could exchange my sneaker and I'm so happy and excited. Can't thank her that much but just want to appreciate her service she rendered. Keep it up sis, we need a lot of people like you, who walks with us from the start till the end of our journey and query. God bless
