Disgusting service

What a horrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on the 25th of November till today I haven't received the shoes, the only communication they sent was on the 29th on November saying that my order is coming.Till date the order is still not delivered, no communication no nothing, when you call them its either they don't pick up the call or they drop you with the foun.
