Disappointed

Worst customer experience. We saw this beautiful sneaker at Bathu nland my sister ordered online so she chose an option of direct deposit payment. The payment was made on the 16/07/2020, instead of them processing the order it was cancelled. We are in king Williams town we called their call centre for 2 hours every day with no answer. We decided to drive to PE since they have a store there but the lady assured us that we will be called, fine we drove 3 hours back with that hanging issue we sent emails whatsapp and everything eventually got a response via email on the 28th to resend the proof of payment and order number. That day they apologized and advised to they will process the order again I asked for their TAT no response till this moment. I am very disappointed getting experience on a 1st purchase with them. I do not even know what to do anymore. Even on whatsapp they requested the order number after I gave them there was no response. Very pathetic service.
