Customer Approach

I wanted to buy the Moja Z Edition green one at Greenacres mall size 7 for men n was gonna ask if u want it personalized how do u go about it. As I entering the shop I had a trolley the lady that was by the till was so rude shouting at me that they dont allow trolleys into the shops, while she had a customer in front if her. Her attitude and her facial expression is wat really put me off she was not even wearing a mask I didnt even say a word I just went out of the shop.
