Continually postponing refund.

I have experienced poor treatment by Bathu SA. The do not update their website and when you make purchase, it proceeds. You’ll call them timelessly with no luck and after days they will answer your call. Then they will tell you that a particular product you have purchased is out of stock.

It’s been 2 weeks asking for a refund and they’ve been treating my matter as amateurs. The finance department has be making unfulfilled promises of making payment the following day, but they don’t.

I am highly disappointed and feel disrespected by them.
