confused and afraid for being ********

I bought 3 pairs of Bathu sneakers ,which were on sale until yesterday 24.04.2024.They asked me to pay before the sale ends .

i paid with my credit card immediately as the sale was until yesterday as they said .I received the order number saying that it was successful from their support company today i tried tracking my order they reply me to use some sight that i must register to track my order .Telling me it takes 15 to 20 days for delivery .Its now my responsibility to track with a delivery company they using .A local company that takes 15to 20 days to deliver baffles me ,why didn't you inform me before i paid that money .
