Good evening Can you please assist me,I bought bathu sneakers jerney edition online on the 20th of June and I didnt get the sneakers, on the 6th I phoned and I spoke fo a consultant who took my details and told me that he will forward them to the relevant people who deals with finance because the shoes that I wanted are no longer available, I waited for three days and I didnt get feedback from them, on the 11th I called again I spoke to a consultant by the name of thembelani who promised me that I will get my refund and he also took my details and again I didnt get feedback from them,I called them again on the 13th and I spoke to the same consultant who told me that he is just a consultant who doesn't deal with finance and he will give a relevant person my details to call me back, and that person didnt call me,on the 14 I called again and I spoke to Tebogo who ensured me that I will get my money later on Friday because is the one who deals with finance, still I waited and on that Friday I didn't get my refund so on Monday the 20th I phoned because I wanted to know why they keep on lying to me,so I spoke to the same consultant immediately after I gave him my order number he remembered me and said he will give Tebogo my numbers to contact me and he never called,so my question is,is this how you treat your customers? I'm frustrated I don't know what to do anymore because I'm tired of calling them and at the end I dont get my refund,I hope hello Peter will be able to assist me on this matter.my order number is BT27220 and I paid R1530 on the 20th of june
