Never will I buy anything from this brand. The operation itself a nightmare mare. I made a purchase of Bathu via online. They gave me a pair with so many factory/manufacture faults. I had to return the shoes and requested for a different pair. They told me I will receive the new pair and they **** as I didn’t get anything. I requested for a refund and I was told that my refund will be processed , since 16th February I’ve been waiting and they don’t even bother to communicate with me regarding the process of my refund. I always have to call them and check the status of my refund. Yet they be telling me the same story or lies that their financial department has failed to capture on time and I have to wait for 24 hours it’s been weeks since I waited and evn today I did call , they tell me the same story to wait again. I don’t know if the owner of the brand really knows about this service we receive from his people and the brand in general. In as much as they’re happy about their brand growing they should also care and ensure that were Happy too. Please kindly advise and assist on what I can do to get what’s mine. I can’t wait anymore and I don’t want anything to do with this people anymore
