i am very disappointed ☹️ with the service... i bought wrong size online.. “my fault yes” i called for exchange i spoke to the guy from midrand branch he said i must come exchange i drove from vosloorus when i get there they don’t allow ppl to come in, they don’t even want to come out at least and talk to me. if they don’t want people why did the guy say i can come... i waisted my time and patrol the money i spent i still have to spend it to courier guy and still wait 7 days to wear the shoes? the shoes are nice but service is nonsense. worse no one answers the phones. can i just get an exchange urgently that is all i want
