Bhatu is ignoring my refund

I am so disappointed, I made my order of tekkies on 5th December. My order was not delivered on time until I left the delivery address. They are actually ignoring our calls. When call first time you will get someone, once you state your complain, they will transfare you to no where and the machine will tell you to record the message. I'm sending them e mails and whatupps they just ignore you. Never in my life experience such a low class incompitency and unprofessional ism.

Now I'm struggling to get my refund. They keep on putting me on answering machine all the time.
