Bathu x Somizi Range - Incomplete Order

Hi guys. May I kindly advice that if you are ever to buy from the shoe brand Bathu (Pty) Ltd. Well known to have recently partnered with the Somizi Range....DO NOT BUY from their online store. It’s either they get your shoe size wrong, the delivery is incomplete or you don’t get your order at all and the refunding process becomes impossible. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and I was baffled when my parcel arrived and it was only 1 pair I had received.

They don’t have customer care etiquette after you’ve tried to contact them several times for assistance. The incompetence is shocking as this is a well known sneaker brand. Luckily after many failed attempts I finally got my other pair.

Once again do not buy from their online store. They’ve received bad reviews from customers in the past. Personally I will not be supporting the brand moving forward. In future if you ever want to purchase from them rather go to one of their stores at the malls.

We always encourage to support black businesses but in the end we always receive poor and *********** services from them.
