Bathu Sa ****ming me. Refusing to refund my money ignoring my mails

Good morning I had a very bad experience on my first time ordering from Bathu Sneakers, i have ordered online the combo promotion R1000 for two that was advertised and the sizes were not what I ordered. I lodged a n exchange. I had to pay 100 for collection which i did. The shoes were collected alsmost 2 weeks later after i lodged an exchange. After the collection they disappeared for weeks. I kept sending emails with no reply.

Finally someone responded and promise to deal with the issue only to tell me me that there are no sizes and no refund. I was fuming. I told them I want my refund which they promised to but after 3 weeks I haven't received my money. Bathu SA is a ****. I am ****med and I am ****ed.
