Bathu SA - Customer service - TERRIBLE

I ordered moonlight slide - nude on the 25th of November online. I can't track the order, when I called and spoke to Lesego she said they are not in stock. How can they sell slides that are not in stock online and the system doesn't give you a message there is no stock. I called again to follow up now they are not answering their phone. When trying to contact them the phone is not answered, email are not being responded and still have not received my order yet...Bathu SA cusctomer service just sucks.
