Bathu online orders a real Bust

Bought a pair of sneakers first time purchase, the online experience was great however the delivery part has been a nightmare, after their courier company delayed my delivery after 3 days i submitted a complaint to the company no response even though their automated response says within 24hrs and even give a WhatsApp number even that was useless, and people wonder why South Africans dont support local businesses, really disappointed they must kick RAM couriers to the curb this is what happens when you do business with monopolies, worst part is im not getting response from neither company unless i call myself.
