Bathu can't exchange shoes for me and I bored them from their store.

I bored shoes at bathu and I went to do exchange because the shoes are big, I went back to the store to do exchange to the small one and the said they can't help me with exchange. Now I'm stuck with shoes that are not useful I have to buy new shoes with money that I don't have. I am really disappointed because the shoes are for my kid for Christmases. 😥
