Bathu ****

I am so mad,disgusted by the service I got from Mbali Masango the bathu customer service agent I just received now 8/2/24 10:44.i called in to ask her to confirm if my order was legit since i have been waiting since January the 5th.she said it was a ****.i then asked for a manager to find out why their not doing anything to stop the **** e.g stop their online orders,shen then told me the manager was on a meeting and laughed while confirming the order number is not their's.no education about their legit ordering number .I hope I get a call from Tritwell Mabuza the "supposed" manager.i hope Theo Baloyi the owner sees this.angry customer Winnie Mathebula
