Bad service from Bathu SA

I ordered two pairs of sneakers from Bathu. Within two days the order was delivered. To my surprise it was only one pair. I immediately notified them by email and called the call center as well. A week later the email query has not be attended to. Everytime I deal with different consultants and hear all sorts of excuses. "They noticed their mistake and the second pair is on the way, they will email me the new tracking number". A week later I have not received that tracking number. Jayson told me the courier is coming from Durban, they didn't have stock in JHB. Yesterday I spoke to Mbali and was told the order is on the way and I will get it by the end of the day. Today I spoke to Melikhaya and he told me the order is being dispatched from green acres. Where exactly is this second pair coming from and why was one pair delivered in the first place. Your service sucks.
