BAD SERVICE (BT337224)

I placed my oderd online 13/12/21 and on friday 17/12/21 i recieved Tracking number with Courier guys. today 20/12/21 when i call to find out where is my order no answer. i sent them email and they told me my parcel was cancelled for them to collect. I phoned Bathu and phone will ring for ever with no asnwer. i kept calling until a Lady Called Thando Ngwenya answerd but keep talking with her friend before she attend to me. she claimed she didnt noticed the phone was answered. No one know whwere is my order. now i am spednig more money and and lot of time to keep calling and sending emails. BEAD SERVICE EVER
