Bad service

Please train your stuff at Acornhoek Mall branch of the process and procedure of the store. My husband bought a pair of sneakers at secunda mall size 3 and the shop assistant gave him size 2.

When i return them at Acornhoek for exchange they said i should return then were i bought them.

I then paxi them back to secunda, when he arrived at secunda branch they informed him that they should have exchange it for us, train your people please
