Bad service

I'm not happy with Bathu's service. I'm not happy at all. On 27 November 2021 we bought Mesh Edition - Honey Hazel. The delivery was quick. I had to fit my sneakers but accidentally one sneaker had torn by my thumb feet. The following day we called bathu and explained. They said I must follow return procedure. I did pay return fee and proof of payment . I had to wait for weeks for them to collect.

I had to call almost every day in December to get help and they say courier guy will come. In January as well I did call and send mails then the second week of January courier came to collect. After few day they returned my sneakers I was very happy but when I open the box it was still the old sneakers.

I called them immediately one of bathu stuff said on the system it is not recorded to show received and again there is no record to show if they reject or accepted. So nothing was done. Again I was promised that they will do follow up and come to me, even today no one is communicating with me. I'm very disappointed with bathu service. So sence I can not get help meaning I have to wear it like that and on top of that they took my return fee just like that. My complain was from November 2021 till now February 2022
