Bad Service

I'm very disappointed with the service I'm getting from Bathu regarding my order. It's been almost 3weeks trying to resolve my issue I've been contacting them via email, whattsapp and calling with no resolution and I don't think I will continue supporting them will have to take my business elsewhere.
