BAD SERVICE

I order shoes from Bathu on Black Friday special in November the order took long eventually i got my order after 20day , however the size was small i called them to change it and paid R100 for the courier to collect the shoes. The shoes where collected in day , i waited for the size but the shoes where not sent i than requested refund since the xmas pass and i bought new shoes for my daughter . Bathu is refusing to refund my money they want to give me a gift voucher of which i can only use to buy from them and am not interested but they want with my money .
