Bad Service

Bought 2 sneakers online on black Friday , shoes were for a wedding on the 15th December 2024 . Till today i still have not received the sneakers , when we call they keep saying they will call us back . The gave the tracking number , when i contacted the Courier Guy they mentioned that the parcel has not been collected and Bathu never advised their drivers to collect the shoes.
