Bad quality and no refund yet

I bought the mesh edition and the stitching on the sole got loose and the metal round part where the laces goes also got loose, i reported it , i am yet waiting to see if they are going to do anything about it. I then bought the switch 1120 ice cream blue limited edition sneaker , it took time to get them when i finally did, it was dirty and it is so flimsy man , the quality not good , it feels to me that i will wear it for 2 months then i will be phoning them with complaints again so i returned it , It has been 7 days and i still have not received my money
