Bad customer service

I purchase a pair on the 26 of june only to be told in july that they dont have the size and discountinuing the Brand that i ordered gave them my banking details for refund im still waiting till now and customer service its horrible its either they dont pick up when they pick up they promise to get back to you then dissappear, wrote them email,whtsapp, twitter, fb still no refund
