Bad bad service

I ordered Bathu sneakers and my order was accepted then tomorrow got a call from them saying that they don't have the sneaker and opted for a refund which I was supposed to get within 3/5 days, after those days was told to wait another 5/7 days which I patiently did but still haven't got my refund I'm very disappointed with Bathu services and their communication skill is very bad
