Bad, bad, bad service

Terrible service. I've bought sneakers online on the 10 July to date I have not received my order. I have been promised it will be delivered two weeks ago. I've sent messages to Theo CEO no response, no wonder his team is not taking their work serious. Customer experience is extremely bad.
