Bad Bad bad

I am so appalled by the ********** customer service from Bathu SA. I ordered shoes online on 28/06/2022, so yesterday I went online to the store to track the order. The order was supposedly not fulfilled but on draft, I called the store to get assistance, was told it has been sent to finance and so today I had to call and follow up, called the merchant, and my bank is still nowhere near knowing when will the shoes get delivered. who was so very casual about this whole nonsense. What's annoying is that I had to call to find out about this horror service, not even an email or update until God knows when for the shoes to arrive So what's the use of supporting South African products when these companies are run like a truck shop. Just utterly ridiculous!!!!!!
