ATROCIOUS SERVICE FROM BATHU SA! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I ordered sneakers on the 7 of December 2022 for my cousin who loved the brand and wanted them for Christmas. My ordered was then cancelled by the online store and I was not called and given an explanation as to why. I have tried to call, email and even tweeted BathuSA and Theo Baloyi COUNTLESS TIMES but still no response. I REGRET EVER MAKING THE PURCHASE! All i want is my MONEY BACK. Order number BT548949. People should stay away from this store, the service is ATROCIOUS!!!!
