After sales service needs to improve

I was very excited about the Somizi X shoes that I bought for my wife on Valentines day, unfortunately my excitement deflated when I saw defects on the shoes. for R1800 there should not be stitching defects. I reported this on Instagram and I have been advised to go swop them at any of the stores in City Deep. I'd expect you to have pickup and drop off for such faults. I'm really not going to city deep again. improve service
