2 weeks waiting for my refund and no response from bathu, Bad customer service

I placed an order on the 25th and paid full price R1200 and got a confirmation email I waited for a week still no delivery been trying to call and no response, no communication from them and when I checked online my sneaker was out of stock I then kept calling till I finally spoke to Anne Mabe who said I should send my banking details so that they can refund me my money, I sent the email on the 6th of Dec till today I haven't received my money, bad customer service they don't care about their customers I have been sending them emails about my refund and no response at all.
