0 starts from me

I placed an order on the 28th of November 2022, and i got a convermation email that they received my order. There after i got another email with a order number saying its in the queue. Since then they went quiet... They dont respond to emails, their whatsapp is also useless, dont even get me talking about the tellephone services. When i called the answer what-what kept repeating press 1-2-3. If you press any of the numbers it then repeats the press 1-2-3 thing again.

If there was a option for 0 stars then I would have used it!!!
