Please stay away from Baths Projects, 33 Claredon street Parow. The owner Tiaan Duvenhage takes your money and then does not complete the work. He was contracted on 22 April 2024 to erect nutec buildings in Durbanville. He requested full payment upfront in order to complete all the work in 3 weeks. His promise was to put all other projects on hold and to Finnish out project. It was an empty promise, because only started work, did not buy all the material and left everything like it is. We contacted him every day, but always had a different excuse, suppliers did not deliver, bakkie is broken, etc. Later on He admitted he used our money to do other work and does not have money to complete our work and can not pay us back. The work that was done, was so poor, that we had to redo everything and had to buy our own material in order to Finnish it. This is now August 2025 and still no money from him.
