Warped Basin - Cotton Basin TR3068
Bought a basin in July. Installed August & only once installed noticed how warped it was. Informed Bellville branch. Tristan, the store manager's response was \I have spoken to our distribution about the issue you have with the basin

Once again our Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Understanding that our store management have been in contact with you regarding this issue. As explained, this was our first complaint regarding this product. On closer inspection and unpacking our current stock it has only then come to our attention that it is a manufacturing fault. We are in the communication process with our manufacturers to resolve this issue. As our manufacturers aren't local this may take longer than expected. Please bare with us as we are trying to resolve the issue. We thank you for bringing this to our attention.
