Very bad experience sales person Aaron Maseti not paying attention to detail. We went to buy tiles n he said a box is 209 n we need 2 boxes I paid R623 including cements etc n he promised to call so I collect the goods on Tuesday. To my surprise he didn't call said he forgot when I went there tday Wed, then to top it on he charged 2 tiles instead of 2 boxes so now I have an outstanding 601 balance which was not explained on the day of sale that the box is actually 392 I feel I was misled as a customer n not given accurate information to make a decision. He doesn't even show any regret it's like my only mistake is that I put 2 tiles instead of 2 boxes. If you work with peoples money you need to do things right the 1st time. I'm very disappointed with the service I received from that shop in Xavier. Bad customer service
