Sunday morning I walked into Bathroom Bizarre and was treated so kindly by a person by the name Sonja.<br> More than 5 years ago I spent about R40000.00 at Bathroom Bizarre and in the meantime they moved shop. Some time ago I had a problem with some of the taps I bought that has a lifetime warranty, so they could not help me because I lost my invoice and the system did not pick up my name so I had to pay again. I had to buy some toilet seats on Sunday and Sonja were serving me. So I told Sonja that it will be useless to try and find me on their system and she told me that if I shopped at Bathroom Bizarre she will find me. Believe it or not, it took her about 5 seconds and my name appeared with the stuff I bought 5 years ago. She went the extra mile with a big smile and that also put a smile on my face and made my day. Bathroom Bizarre you have a good employee their, give her a Bells...lol
