The worst Home Improvement Company in SA

I purchased a bath 2 weeks ago from bathroom bizarre Boksburg. The bath was delivered 3 days later. when we tried to fit the bath we discovered that the fittings on the bath were incorrect. I am paying the service guy per hour and we couldn't waste time, I contacted bathroom bizarre and spoke to SAM and did not get joy as he was not sure what to do we decided to hire a Van and took the bath to the store they checked all the fittings and realised it was a factory fault that we had been given the wrong fittings all I got was a \sorry"and was sent off. Later that day we discovered something else was wrong with the bath we were yet again given the wrong fittings for something else. I went to the store AGAIN on Sunday Morning and we got no help or sympathy from the lady we originally bought the bath from. We had to bring back the bath again on Monday morning after they realised once again that it was a fault on their side that the wrong fitting was given we were told we would have to pay for the proper fitting. We questioned why we would have to pay when all that happened was a fault on their side they still made us pay R86.50. why are we paying when its all your fault bathroom bizarre"""
