Terrible service, Uninterested manager and staff with no knowledge...

<p>hi</p> <p> i bought 2 bathrrom tiles from boksburg branch, when i was buying tiles i ask them about their extra tiles return policy and the sales person told me that i can return the extra tiles as long as its full box and the deco tiles can be returned even if im left with one as they are sold per piece. while i was busy tiling i had lot of problems with the tiles as they were chipping and lot of tiles were broken in the boxes. when i mentioned to the branch manager he simply slimed and said mayb they break on the way and when i said all the boxes then he kept quiet and showed no care attitude. i had to buy 4 or 5 extra boxes of tiles because of that problem and every time i had to go to branch n buy and then go to main wearhouse to fetch tiles as they only bring to the branch some times a day or two later. all the tile shops replace broken tiles but bathroom bizarre branch manager never replaced broken tiles.</p> <p>last week when i went there to return the extra deco tiles then this was the sales persons responce</p> <p>he 1st looked at the desplay to check if they still having those tiles then he checked in his system to see how much stock they have as they will not return if they dont have more then certain amount of stock(none of this was mentioned when i was buying). then he asked the manager can he return and the manager said no because we have a new batch of those tiles and i should keep the extra tiles just for incase....</p> <p>when i spoke to manager and mentioned that this is not rite and i won't accept this behaviour he said i can write a complain to hello peter and showed me no care attitude. this was really something new for me. bathroom bizarre is not a small company but their ways r really cheap. </p> <p>i would never consider them as an option in future.</p>
