Terrible service!!!

We bought 2 vanities with granite tops in December 2015. The one granite top was then a factory fault and Brian said we should make a plan with the granite top that is to small! But we insisted that they order us a new top that will fit on our vanity! Nobody phoned us when to let us know it arrived. But we went in January to go and follow up, and then they received it but it was again the wrong granite top?? Then a lady placed the order for us and said she will push for the order to be done asap. She phoned on Tuesday 02/02/16 and said the granite top will be there on 05/02/16 and we went to the store on 06/02/16 and then Brian said they have not received it as yet! But he didn't even phone us to let us know that it have not arrived! And when I confronted him he **** and said he phoned my husband. And that is not true!! How long should I still wait for my granite top?? I can't finish my bathroom all thanks to bathroom bizarre!! I am without a sink nou for 2 months and this is unacceptable!! I will tell everyone about the bad service!!!
